 Day 01 |

Arrival in Chiang Mai, known as The Rose of the north. Chiang Mai is the second largest city in Thailand. After lunch drive up to Doi Suthep, the mountain top Temple outside of Chiang Mai 1050 m. high, grouped around a golden Chedi are buildings in Burmese style. Overnight in Chiang Mai.

Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Lamphun to visit the famous Temple Wat Phratat Hariphunchai, built during the reign of the Mon - Kings. It is one of the most respected Temples in the country. Lunch en route. After lunch visit the Handicraft Villages, which surround Chiang Mai. These Handicrafts are known worldwide and a trip to this part without it would certainly be incomplete. Overnight in Chiang Mai.

Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning visit the training camp for Elephants.. Afterwards visit an Orchid Farm. Lunch en-route. After lunch drive through the fascinating Mountain Landscape to Chiang Rai, the provincial Capital close to the Myanmar and Laos border. Overnight in Chiang Rai.

Breakfast at the hotel. Today we are going deep into the Golden Triangle, first we drive further north from Chiang Rai to visit the Villages of Akha and Yao, two hill tribes of this area. Then continue to drive to Mae Sai, the northern most point of Thailand, on the Thai - Burmese border. Lunch in a local restaurant. After lunch drive through the enchanting countryside to the Golden Triangle, the famous area where Laos, Myanmar [Burma] and Thailand meet. Then drive to Chiang Saen, the ancient city, to visit Wat Chedi Luang. Return to Chiang Rai. Overnight in Chiang Rai.

After breakfast, we proceed to the pier of Mae Kok River, from here cruise by long-tail-boat to visit the village of White Karen, another hill tribe of the region. Back to Chiang Rai by boat to have lunch. Then drive back to Chiang Mai. Overnight in Chiang Mai.

After breakfast, enjoy your journey back to Bangkok where you'll go on a cultural excursion visiting ancient temples and attractions of the city.

After breakfast, spend the day at leisure or proceed to Safari World with Marine Park, which is Thailand's popular open zoo and Leisure Park.
